Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "gwp888" or "the Platform" means the online betting and gaming services operated under the domain https://gwp888.cam, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and APIs.
• "You" or "the Player" means any individual who has registered, or is in the process of registering, an account on gwp888.
• "Account" means the personal, non-transferable player account created by You on the gwp888 platform.
• "Balance" means the total value of real-money funds held in Your Account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bonus Balance" means funds credited to Your Account as a result of a promotion, bonus, or free-bet award that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means a real-money stake placed on any sporting event, casino game, or other market made available on the gwp888 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to gwp888 is restricted by applicable law or by gwp888's internal compliance policy.

2.1 You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register an account on gwp888 and to place any bet or wager on the platform. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you meet this age and residency requirement.

2.2 gwp888 is intended solely for personal, recreational use. Use of the platform for commercial purposes, syndicate betting operations, or any form of arbitrage without prior written consent from gwp888 is prohibited.

2.3 Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of gwp888 or any of its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold a Player Account or participate in any promotional offer.

2.4 gwp888 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by gwp888 may result in suspension of betting privileges and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.1 Each individual is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) Account on gwp888. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If any registered details change, you must update your profile immediately. gwp888 accepts no liability for failed transactions or withheld withdrawals resulting from outdated account information.

3.4 You must keep your username and password strictly confidential. gwp888 will treat any action performed using your login credentials as an action authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, contact gwp888 support immediately at [email protected].

3.5 gwp888 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

4.1 Before processing any withdrawal, gwp888 requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process is mandatory and non-negotiable. Withdrawals will not be released to unverified accounts.

4.2 As part of KYC, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo ID — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or SIM (driver's licence).
• Proof of residential address in Indonesia dated within the last three (3) months — a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence.
• Proof of payment method — a photograph of the bank card or a screenshot of the e-wallet account (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) used to make deposits.
• A selfie photograph holding your government-issued ID, as requested by the gwp888 verification team.

4.3 Documents must be submitted in clear, unaltered digital format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF). gwp888 may request additional documentation if initial submissions are deemed insufficient for verification purposes.

4.4 gwp888 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving a complete documentation set. Complex cases or cases requiring additional verification may take longer. Players will be notified via their registered email address of the outcome.

4.5 All KYC documents are handled in strict accordance with gwp888's Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by law.

5.1 gwp888 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and OCBC NISP; and via e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though gwp888 may apply transaction monitoring thresholds at its discretion for compliance purposes.

5.3 Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. gwp888 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing windows, or scheduled maintenance periods.

5.4 You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including family members' bank accounts or e-wallets — are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

5.5 gwp888 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which gwp888 accepts no responsibility.

6.1 Withdrawals are available to fully KYC-verified Players only. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.2 Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the gwp888 Account. gwp888 will not transfer winnings to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.3 gwp888 targets a withdrawal processing time of under three (3) minutes for standard requests submitted during operational hours. In practice, the majority of withdrawals are completed in real time. Processing times may be extended during periods of peak demand, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

6.4 gwp888 reserves the right to impose a withdrawal review period of up to five (5) business days on accounts that have not previously completed a withdrawal, on accounts that have recently updated their payment details, or on accounts flagged by the platform's fraud detection system.

6.5 Bonus Balance funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Only the real-money portion of your Account Balance is available for withdrawal at any time, subject to the conditions above.

6.6 gwp888 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or any other improper conduct. In such cases, gwp888 will notify the affected Player and may request additional documentation.

7.1 gwp888 may, at its discretion, offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions when accepted by the Player.

7.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, the following standard bonus conditions apply across all gwp888 promotions:

• Bonuses are awarded as Bonus Balance and are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unfulfilled bonus balances will expire and be removed from the Account at the end of this period.
• Qualifying wagers for wagering requirement purposes are restricted to sports bets with minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) or casino bets at standard RTP titles. Free spins on progressive jackpot games do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

7.3 gwp888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a promotion will, where reasonably practicable, be given written notice of any material change to bonus terms.

7.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion with other Players, or the use of automated betting tools — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.

8.1 All bets placed on gwp888 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. These rules are published within the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

8.2 Sportsbook. Pre-match and live bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. gwp888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet where there is evidence of a pricing error, a suspended market, or irregular betting patterns. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to additional rules regarding void selections — where a selection within a parlay is voided, that selection is removed and the parlay continues at reduced odds.

8.3 Live Betting. Live in-play betting is subject to additional latency risk. gwp888 employs automated suspension of live markets at key moments (goals, red cards, penalties, set points). Bets accepted after a key event but before the automated suspension triggers may be voided at gwp888's discretion where the odds at time of acceptance did not reflect the actual state of play.

8.4 Casino & Slots. All casino games on gwp888 — including slot gacor (high-payout slot titles) from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft — operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual titles are published in each game's information panel.

8.5 Live Casino. Live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play are governed by the rules displayed at each table. In the event of a technical disconnection mid-game, gwp888's server-side hand history will be used to determine the outcome.

8.6 Bets placed in error — including on markets the Player did not intend to select — cannot be cancelled after confirmation. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify all bet details before confirming placement.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gwp888 platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets without prior written authorisation from gwp888.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation — including wagering on events in which you are a participant or have access to non-public information.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the gwp888 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Winnings derived from exploiting known errors will be voided.
• Sharing Account credentials with third parties, or allowing any third party to access or use your Account.
• Attempting to circumvent gwp888's responsible gaming tools or self-exclusion measures.

10.1 gwp888 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gwp888 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any service, odds feed, or gaming content provided on the platform.

10.2 gwp888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity — even if gwp888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 gwp888's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 gwp888 accepts no liability for any losses arising from Force Majeure events, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, payment network outages, natural disasters, or acts of government. In the event of a Force Majeure, gwp888 will use reasonable endeavours to restore services as quickly as practicable and will communicate updates via the platform.

11.1 gwp888 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

11.2 Your personal data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of gwp888 services. gwp888 does not sell your personal data to third-party marketing companies.

11.3 gwp888 may share your data with payment processors (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), identity verification providers, and law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

12.1 gwp888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that enable Players to maintain control over their betting activity. The following tools are available to all registered Players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set from your Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. Once a limit is reached, further betting is suspended for the remainder of the relevant period.
• Session Time Limits: A configurable session timer alerts Players when they have been logged in for a pre-set duration and allows them to choose to continue or log out.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is locked and no login, deposit, or bet placement is possible.

13.1 You may close your gwp888 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any outstanding Bonus Balance not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.2 gwp888 may suspend or terminate your Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• gwp888 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You have been identified as a politically exposed person (PEP) or a subject of sanctions screening.
• Continued operation of your Account would expose gwp888 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

13.3 Upon termination for cause, gwp888 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that funds were derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity, those funds may be permanently forfeited.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming and betting operators.

14.2 gwp888 operates as a trusted and secure international platform. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through gwp888's internal dispute resolution process (see Clause 16) shall be referred to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed independent arbitrator. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

14.3 Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

15.1 gwp888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to the registered account address and/or via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

15.2 Your continued use of the gwp888 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.1.

16.2 Dispute Resolution Process. The escalated dispute will be reviewed by a senior member of the gwp888 compliance team, whose decision will be provided in writing within ten (10) business days.
